The Best of 2018 – and a hint of what’s to come in 2019

 

Year’s end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on,
with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us.

 

At the beginning of 2018, we told you the core of our success is working together with our many clients and partners.  And this year affirmed that truth. We continued to build a stronger foundation and are grateful to see that those efforts have indeed solidified our abilities to serve you.

As Scribe Technology Solutions grew our client base and gained new partnerships, our reorganization and expansion of staff have improved our ability to focus on our customers and onboard new customers with the solutions that are right for them.

In July we asked our customers to complete a brief survey.  They were asked,“How satisfied are you with Scribe’s technologies and solutions?”  We were beyond thrilled to see that 76.7% are Very Satisfied, and 20% are Satisfied.  And we’ll keep working on that 4% who gave other replies!  Survey respondents had the option to add comments; here are some of their responses:

  • “They set up my incoming fellows. Always a quick turnaround with customer questions or issues.”
  • “Always professional and helpful.”
  • “Your staff is always courteous and intelligent.  Excellent and efficient problem solvers.”
  • “Pleasant and very helpful in an efficient manner.”
  • “Addressed and resolved the issue immediately.”

This summer we had a soft launch of our all-new mobile application – ScribeMobile 3.   With new functions and features, including better photo and video options, calendar functions, and templates, this is our new platform for a host of customer-driven enhancements in 2019. Our Revenue Cycle Management services expanded this year, and we can offer new solutions that help with your back-office requirements, from analyzing your billing, optimizing reimbursements, and managing the entire A/R process.  By breaking down the walls between documentation and RCM we’re creating more opportunities for you to be profitable and productive!

In January, we told you about the modernization of our infrastructure and back-end processing systems.  This behind-the-scenes technical improvement has allowed us to handle significant growth and has positioned us well for continued new products and services in 2019.

We know that referrals are the best way to grow, and in early 2019 we’ll introduce a new referral program that could earn you discounted services and help Scribe expand and improve those services.  Stay tuned for an announcement soon.

As the holidays roll around we hope you take time to stop, look around, rest and be thankful.  Make sure you take time to enjoy family, friends and loved ones who have been important to you this year.  For as this old year rolls into the new we are THANKFUL for you!
