Our Steps to Installing FTP Software:
| 1. | Make sure Ipswitch software is installed on the C: drive |
| 2. | Create a new directory on the C: drive – my computer; C:/ drive; c:/ScribeFTP |
| 3. | Unzip the file and drag/drop all the folders to the new directory |
| 4. | Right click on the launch.bat folder – create a shortcut & put on desktop; rename it ScribeFTP |
| 5. | Open launch.bat file – configure user ID & password |
| 6. | Go to Olympus: use Tools, Options, Download folder – Switch this to c:ScribeFTP/Olympus folder. (Also select the other standard default options for DS 2300 use at that time.) |
