If you find that the search function on the MD Platform works slowly, try the following tips to narrow your search and thereby speed up your search process:
| 1. | Provide more detailed information in your search. For example, when searching for a patient, include not only the last name in the text box, but also add the first initial of the patient’s first name (e.g., Smith, J). |
| 2. | Choosing a particular group or owner with the text search will greatly speed up the search. |
| 3. | Finally, if you are searching for a tracked event, make sure you include an “after” date or a “before” date. Including both dates will improve the speed as well. |
