Executive Leadership:

Scribe’s mission of simplifying healthcare through innovative technologies evolved from entrepreneur Mark’s past success in the management of organizations large and small. From founding his own Internet company to helping organizations get online in the early days of the Internet to developing the winning dot.com strategy that led to yesmail.com’s successful IPO and subsequent $770 million acquisition, Mark has always been at the forefront of strategic thinking. He has more than 20 years of management experience in finance, operations, marketing and technology with companies such as IBM where he helped to start the IBM PC division and later at Anixter where he helped formulate the strategy that fueled their growth from a $500 million company to $1.5 billion company. Mark holds a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He also is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dean College in Franklin, MA. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, golf, cooking, enjoying great wine, traveling with his kids, and writing about his entrepreneurial adventures.

Rob has utilized his 30-plus years of experience in healthcare medical services, technology companies, and manufacturing companies. Rob has provided senior-level executive roles for companies inclusive of Chief Executive Officer, Vice President Global Sales, Vice President Government Contracting, Vice President Human Resources/International Business Development. He has an extensive background in operations, finance, resource management, risk analysis, strategic planning, government contracting and creating substantial sales growth and market expansion. Previous employers ranged from global manufacturing companies to healthcare technology companies to a personally created startup, with his wife Catherine, which provided medical technology services to international clients for 12 years. Rob has served as a member on the Board of Directors for a previously associated company.

Rob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University. Rob enjoys time with his family, traveling, serving his church, working on outside projects on his property, reading, and skiing.

Kevin is a veteran clinical documentation professional with more than 20 years of experience in developing and managing the medical transcription and delivery process.

Kevin ran the western division operations for Medquist (now MModal) which accounted for nearly 25% of total revenues.

He has also served as the regional director of the nation’s largest service provider.

As VP of Sales, David DeGrazia is responsible for driving global sales for Scribe Technology Solutions, with a focus on growing the company’s enterprise, channel, and healthcare client bases.  David joined Scribe in 2015, and brings to the position a successful track record of more than 20 years that includes co-founding a +15-year-old healthcare service organization, holding high-profile leadership positions, and receiving sales achievements in the high-tech and healthcare industries throughout his career. David specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship and the marketplace.

Prior to joining Scribe’s team, David held and received many awards in sales from companies like Leo Burnett and Allscripts before he started, owned, and operated Maradigm Corporation, a Chicago-based Medical Solutions organization, where he nurtured key relationships and enginered strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. 

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University, with an emphasis on finance and marketing communications. He is currently a member of the IMGMA and serves and holds board positions in a variety of local chapters of national charitable organizations. He also has held the title of “ToastMaster” for the Schaumburg IL, ToastMasters of America.

Chris serves as VP of Sales and Business Development for Scribe. He excels in developing opportunities within healthcare organizations of all sizes, including physician practices, multispecialty groups, employed physician networks, and industry associations. Chris utilizes imagination and vision to create sales strategies that are used to identify, scope, and complete even the most complex sales opportunities. Utilizing the strengths of other team members has always been a pillar of his success.

Chris graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with degrees in Economics and History. Following a highly successful sales career with a Fortune 100 healthcare technology and services company, the entrepreneurial spirit drove Chris as founding partner with fast growth start-up ventures Archivus and TransPortal. Completing the exit strategies with these ventures as they reached a mature growth level lead to Chris joining the Scribe team. Outside of work, Chris enjoys assisting other start-up companies with support and coaching, and with his family enjoys travel, hiking, theater, art, Cajun food, and lively conversations over a coffee, craft beer, or a great Cabernet.
