Scribe is a product-led growth company: people discover Scribe, experience the magic and share it, but that discovery doesn’t happen by accident. That's where the User Acquisition team comes in!

The User Acquisition team has a reputation as Scribe's growth powerhouse — consistently exceeding targets and delivering the kind of impact that makes us an indispensable part of Scribe's continued success.

Our secret? A data-driven, multi-channel approach built around 3 core pillars:

  1. Paid Media (Led by Oliver) → We reach millions of people every month through campaigns across Meta, Search, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond, always looking for new ways to acquire new Scribe users. We operate with first principles and deep experimentation, backed by a world-class creative team that produces and tests 200+ ads every month. Every campaign is a test, every test is designed to scale, and every win brings more people into the Scribe community.
  2. Sponsored Media (Led by Caroline) → We go viral on social media every month: earning more than 150,000,000 organic views to date, by partnering with influencers and creators who bring their own voice, energy, and style to share Scribe with their audiences. We give them the freedom to tell our story their way, and it works.
  3. Organic Media (Led by Nico) → Scribe is one of those rare products that users genuinely love, the kind of love that shows up in tweets, Reddit threads, and unsolicited testimonials. We tap into that passion by empowering fans to spread the word, become champions of Scribe, and help others discover the product through authentic, community-driven content.  We personally respond to every comment, mention, DM, and tag: no one is ever left unheard. Every reply comes from a real human on our team who cares, never a bot or AI. This pillar completes our flywheel, turning new users into fans, and fans into advocates.

Built for remote, connected by purpose

We’re a truly remote team spread across time zones that empowers each other to work when we work best. We spend a lot of time together virtually on Slack and Zoom (so you’ll never feel alone at your desk), but we make it a priority to come together in person at least once a year in San Francisco. Those moments are magic. ✨

We’re tightly connected by shared values and a love for what we do. Here’s how we operate:

  • High trust, high ownership. Everyone on the team is a craft expert, trusted to lead and make decisions. We move quickly because we rely on trust, focus on outcomes, and give people the space to do their best work.
